ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements and support the design and improvement of business systems, particularly within health insurance-related IT projects. Your analytical mindset and structured approach will ensure that systems and workflows are aligned with organizational goals and deliver real value.

Missions

  • Analyze business processes and define operational objectives based on organizational needs.
  • Gather and evaluate information to determine output requirements and system functionalities.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including:

â—¦ BRD (Business Requirements Document)

â—¦ SRS (Software Requirements Specification)

â—¦ SDS (System Design Specification)

  • Design workflows, diagrams, and specifications to support the development of new systems or the improvement of existing ones.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Provide end-user support through documentation, training, and help desk assistance.
  • Monitor project progress, track activity, and report on system performance and improvements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data throughout all processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance your performance.

Your Profile

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the health insurance or healthcare IT sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with UML, workflow diagramming, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Understanding of software development processes, including testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Foundational project coordination or project management skills are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
